For an access-sync problem, use the subject “Billing access issue” and identify Patreon or Fansly. Charges, renewals, cancellations and refund decisions must be handled by the platform that billed you.
Privacy requests
Send requests with the subject “Privacy request”. Describe the right you want to exercise and the account involved. We may provide a secure, proportionate identity check; do not attach an ID in the first e-mail.
Urgent safety and removal
Use the Takedown page for suspected minors/CSAM, NCII, sexual deepfakes, lack of consent, impersonation, image misuse or copyright. Put the category in the subject line and provide URLs, not copies of suspected illegal media. Credible child-safety reports are prioritized immediately.
What happens next
We acknowledge and triage requests according to urgency and law. Valid U.S. TAKE IT DOWN requests are handled within the statutory 48-hour window. Other response times depend on complexity, evidence and provider cooperation; we do not publish a guarantee that could mislead users.
