Membership providers
MorgningFans does not directly process paid memberships. Charges are made only by Patreon (opens in a new tab) or Fansly (opens in a new tab), under the provider’s checkout disclosures, billing cycle and terms.
Cancellation and renewal
Cancel recurring billing in the same platform where you subscribed. Deleting a MorgningFans account or disconnecting a membership does not necessarily cancel the platform subscription.
Cancellation normally affects future renewal; the exact end of access is determined by the provider’s rules and the entitlement status it sends us. Review the renewal date before confirming checkout.
Refund requests
Request a refund through Patreon or Fansly, because MorgningFans cannot reverse a platform charge. Their refund rules and discretion apply. We can provide reasonable evidence about an access failure or entitlement sync to support the review.
Digital-content access may begin immediately after entitlement confirmation. Nothing in this policy limits a mandatory cooling-off, defective-service or consumer right that applies where you live.
Access and technical issues
If payment succeeded but access did not update, contact us with the account e-mail, provider, public transaction/reference identifier and time of purchase. Never send a card number, password, session cookie or full identity document.
We will investigate entitlement sync, but cannot promise a platform’s refund outcome or processing time.
Disputes and fraud
You may exercise legitimate dispute rights. Knowingly false claims, stolen payment methods, credential sharing or repeated abuse may lead to a proportionate access hold or termination while investigated. Contact the provider first when safe and practical.
