Agreement and scope
These Terms govern access to MorgningFans (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy, Content, Takedown, Refund, 18+ and Regional Restriction policies. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is operated as an adult fictional entertainment platform. These Terms do not replace rights that cannot lawfully be waived in your jurisdiction.
Adult eligibility and age assurance
You must be at least 18 years old and at least the age of majority where you live, whichever is higher. A subscription, payment account, e-mail address or social login is not by itself proof of age.
We may require privacy-preserving age assurance, repeat a check when legally required, or block a region. You may not bypass these controls, use another person’s verification or help a minor access the Service.
Fictional and AI-assisted content
The Service may contain adult visual stories created or assisted by generative AI. Characters are fictional, stylized and intended to be unmistakably adults. Fictional labeling never makes prohibited or illegal content acceptable.
Photorealistic sexual deepfakes, face swaps, non-consensual intimate imagery and synthetic depictions of an identifiable real person are not permitted. See the Content Policy for the complete rules.
Accounts and security
- Provide accurate information and keep credentials and recovery methods secure.
- Do not sell, share, transfer or provide a minor with an account.
- Notify us promptly if access or a membership connection is compromised.
- We may request proportionate information to investigate fraud or abuse.
Membership, billing and access
Paid memberships are offered only through Patreon (opens in a new tab) and Fansly (opens in a new tab). Those platforms, not MorgningFans, process charges, renewals, cancellations and refunds under their own terms. We do not store complete payment-card details.
Access depends on a valid entitlement we can verify. Sync delays, platform outages, cancellations, reversals or policy enforcement may pause access. Fansly entitlement may require a supported verification process; never provide us with your Fansly password or session cookie.
External Patreon access remains subject to Patreon’s Commerce Guidelines (opens in a new tab). Fansly does not publish a general-purpose entitlement API for third-party sites; we will not use scraping or account credentials to infer membership.
Content license and intellectual property
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view content for personal, lawful use while entitled. Ownership remains with MorgningFans or its licensors.
You may not copy, scrape, record, mirror, redistribute, resell, remove watermarks or metadata, create derivative commercial products, or use content in biometric, machine-learning or generative-AI datasets without written permission.
Prohibited use
- Any content or conduct involving real or fictional minors or ambiguous age.
- CSAM, computer-generated CSAM, grooming, trafficking or sexual exploitation.
- Sexual deepfakes, NCII, coercion, incapacitation or lack of consent.
- Misuse of a person’s image, voice, identity, privacy, publicity or intellectual property.
- Malware, harassment, fraud, credential sharing, paywall or age-control bypass.
- Any illegal activity or content, including attempts to evade regional restrictions.
Reports, moderation and termination
We may restrict content or accounts while investigating a credible report. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, fraud, safety threats or legal/platform obligations, using proportionate measures where practicable.
Report suspected prohibited content through the Takedown page. NCII and deepfake requests covered by the U.S. TAKE IT DOWN Act receive the process and timeframe stated there.
Availability, disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted access, permanent availability of a title or compatibility with every device. We may change or discontinue features and may block access where compliance cannot be assured.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms for legal, safety or operational reasons. Material changes will be communicated by reasonable means, and the date above identifies this version.
