Our operational approach
Adult-content laws differ and change quickly. We may use approximate location to show a non-explicit landing page, require privacy-preserving age assurance, repeat a check, or block access. This page is a conservative operational list, not a complete legal map or legal advice.
Regaining access as a paying subscriber
In regions that require age assurance you can browse the whole catalogue, but adult media stays locked and censored. It unlocks once you confirm an active paid Patreon or Fansly membership linked to your MorgningFans account. Both platforms require an adult account and a real payment method, so an active paid membership functions as a payment-based age check — the same class of check regulators such as Ofcom list among accepted methods.
Sign in on this page, press “Confirm my subscription” and, if an active paid membership is found, a signed, time-limited access token is stored in your browser. We do not collect identity documents for this check and the token contains no personal data beyond an internal account reference. When a regulator requires a stronger or certified method, we may replace or supplement this check for that region.
Countries requiring enhanced controls
MorgningFans requires age assurance before unlocking adult media for visitors from Brazil, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy and Australia. Each has active adult-content age-assurance requirements or enforcement frameworks. Browsing remains available with locked, non-explicit previews; visitors from these regions unlock media by confirming an active paid membership, as described above.

United States
As of the date above, we conservatively treat the following states as requiring a block or compliant age-verification review for an adult service:
Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia and Wyoming.
Thresholds, methods and court status differ. The U.S. Supreme Court upheld the Texas age-verification requirement in 2025; see the official opinion (opens in a new tab). The list is reviewed regularly and may change without advance notice.
European Union and EEA
Outside the countries named above, EU/EEA access remains subject to country-specific law and the evolving EU age-verification approach. We may require enhanced review or block access while implementation is uncertain. See the European Commission age-verification blueprint (opens in a new tab).
Platform and sanctions restrictions
Patreon and Fansly may independently reject accounts, payments or regions under their terms, sanctions controls and banking relationships. Patreon’s terms identify restricted territories and sanctioned persons. Platform availability does not mean MorgningFans can lawfully serve a region, and MorgningFans access does not guarantee a platform will bill there.
How age assurance works
- A self-declared birth date or “I am 18” button may be used only as an initial gate, not as the sole control where stronger assurance is required.
- An independent provider should return a minimal adult/not-adult signal whenever possible.
- Age status is separate from Patreon/Fansly payment status.
- Raw IDs must not be sent to ordinary support e-mail.
- VPN, proxy or location spoofing may not be used to evade a restriction.
Incorrect restriction or accessibility issue
If you believe a restriction is incorrect or an approved verification method is inaccessible to you, contact [email protected] with your country/state, the error and non-sensitive diagnostic details. Do not attach an identity document unless we provide a secure route.
