Scope and controller contact
This Policy covers personal data processed by MorgningFans through the Service. For a privacy request, contact [email protected] and use “Privacy” in the subject line.
Patreon, Fansly and any independent age-assurance provider process data under their own privacy notices. MorgningFans does not control all of their processing.
Data we process
- Account data, such as e-mail, username and authentication identifiers.
- Patreon or Fansly account references, tier, entitlement and renewal/cancellation events.
- Age-assurance result, timestamp, region and provider reference; normally not the raw ID.
- IP address, approximate region, device/browser, sessions and security/audit logs.
- Viewing progress, preferences, favorites and feature interactions.
- Support, privacy, copyright, safety and takedown communications.
- For authorized contributors, provenance, license, age and consent records.
Purposes and legal grounds
We process data to provide accounts and subscriber access, verify age or region, secure the Service, prevent fraud and abuse, remember settings, answer requests, document consent/licensing, comply with law and improve performance.
Depending on the jurisdiction, the legal grounds include performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests in security and operation, exercise of legal rights, and consent where required. Age assurance and sensitive documents
Where possible, an independent provider verifies age and returns only an eligibility signal. We do not want raw identity documents sent through support e-mail. If law or a safety investigation requires additional evidence, we provide a secure route, restrict access and retain it only as necessary.
Age status and membership status are separate. We may re-check age when required and use approximate location to apply regional rules.
Payments, providers and transfers
Patreon and Fansly process all paid memberships. We receive limited entitlement and reference data; we do not receive or store full card numbers. We also use providers for hosting, content delivery, security, databases, essential communications and age assurance.
Providers receive only data reasonably necessary for their role and may process it in other countries under contractual and legal safeguards. We may disclose data to authorities or rights holders when legally required and proportionate.
Retention and deletion
We retain data only for the period reasonably needed for the purposes above, including account operation, fraud prevention, disputes, tax/accounting, legal holds and content provenance. Retention differs by record type and legal obligation.
A deletion request may not erase records we must preserve, but remaining data will be restricted and removed or anonymized when the obligation ends.
Your privacy rights
Depending on your location, you may request confirmation, access, correction, portability, deletion, restriction, objection, information about sharing or consent withdrawal. You may also complain to your data-protection authority.
We may verify identity proportionately and will not discriminate against you for exercising a legal privacy right.
Security and minors
We use access controls, encryption where appropriate, audit logging and incident response measures. No system is perfectly secure; report suspected compromise promptly.
The Service is not directed to minors and we do not knowingly permit their accounts. If you believe a minor’s data is present, contact us immediately for prioritized review.
