What may be published
- Lawful adult fictional stories with unmistakably adult, stylized characters.
- AI-generated or AI-assisted material that is clearly non-photorealistic.
- Material with documented ownership, license, provenance and all required consent.
- Adult themes reviewed before publication and placed behind appropriate access controls.
Zero tolerance for minors and CSAM
Prohibited without exception: real or fictional minors; characters presented as or appearing underage; ambiguous age; age play; “teen”, “loli”, “preteen” or similar framing; school/child settings or objects that imply minority; grooming; CSAM and computer-generated CSAM.
A caption claiming “18+” does not cure childlike anatomy, voice, context, title, tags or appearance. Doubt means rejection and escalation.
Consent, likeness and synthetic media
- No NCII, revenge porn, coercion, incapacitation or non-consensual sexual conduct.
- No sexual deepfake, face swap, “nudify” output or impersonation of a real person.
- No photorealistic/lifelike sexual AI or synthetic identifiable human likeness.
- No use of a person’s image, voice, identity or publicity rights without documented permission.
- No trafficking, sexual violence presented as real, hypnosis/intoxication negating consent or exploitation.
Other prohibited material
- Illegal obscenity, bestiality, incest, sexual exploitation or content promoting crime.
- Copyright, trademark or other intellectual-property infringement.
- Malware, hidden redirects, deceptive metadata or material designed to evade review.
- User uploads or personalized sexual generation unless separately approved with robust controls.
Provenance and licensing record
Each asset must have an internal ID and hash, source/license, creation date, prompt and model/version when applicable, original file and edit history, creator identity, releases for any real person or voice, territory/duration of rights, reviewer/date and takedown history. Identity records belong in a restricted encrypted store, not public metadata.
Pre-publication review and enforcement
A trained human reviews every asset before publication. Ambiguous age, consent, likeness or license requires a second reviewer; if unresolved, the asset is rejected. Material may be quarantined during investigation and removed when it violates this Policy, law or a required platform rule.
These conservative rules also reflect the current adult/AI restrictions published by Patreon (opens in a new tab) and Fansly (opens in a new tab).
Reporting content
Anyone can report content without purchasing or logging in. Use the Takedown page and provide the URL, category and enough facts to locate and assess the material. Do not e-mail suspected CSAM as an attachment.
